Buyer Services provided by BRICO in addition to Loyalty, Honesty and Truthfulness:

An initial NO cost/NO obligation meeting with the prospective Buyer-Client to "listen" to them and discuss their desired goals and the steps involved for us to mutually succeed in accomplishing those goals before any commitment made by the Buyer-Client for me to represent them.

NO "UP-FRONT" Brokerage or Buyers' Rep. Fees!

1) Review, provide copy of and explain the purchase agreement and other related real estate forms as much in advance as possible prior to their execution.

2) Provide assistance in locating a lender, a property inspector, an insurance agent, a title / escrow company, a contractor, an appraiser and other vendors as may be deemed necessary and as desired.

3) Provide access to available properties that fit the criteria of the buyer-client and that the buyer-client is qualified to purchase.

4) Provide MyFax internet faxing capability at no cost to client buyer as may be feasible* or simple fax capability**

* PC/Laptop, ISP required.  ** Landline telpehone required.

5) Provide a 1yr. basic Home Buyer's Warranty plan at no cost to client buyer at successful close of escrow.

6) Promise to return phone calls, e-mails, faxes and correspondence in a timely manner.  I am not available 24/7/365, but I do stay in touch and do so promptly.
