My services to my seller clients in addition to truth, fairness and loyalty are:
An initial NO cost/NO obligation meeting to "listen" to the seller-client and their plans and goals in marketing their property and to discuss the steps involved/required for us to mutually accomplish these goals before any commitment is made for me to represent them.
1) Provide a Market Analysis (CMA) at no charge
2) Signage as deemed appropriate and lawful
3) Home Warranty Plan (Basic Plan)provided by BRICO for Seller during listing period and a 1 year plan for the Buyer upon successful close of escrow at no cost to seller.
4) Property listed with the Tucson Board of Realtors Mulitiple Listing Service
5) Property listed on the internet a)BRICO's Website, b)the TAR/MLS website, and c) Zillow.com
6) Hold Open House(s) (as agreed upon and deemed necessary)
7) Regular advertising: Internet Real Estate Flyer(s), Newspaper (Tucson), DMAFB "Desert Airman"
8) Provide Property Feed-Back reports from prospects/buyer's agents
9) Weekly contact and discussion as desired and as deemed necessary by the client (personal meeting, email, telecon, fax, or other correspondence)
10) Provide MyFax internet faxing capability when and where feasible* or simple fax capability at no cost to client.**
*PC/Laptop required and ISP ** Landline telephone required
11) My pledge to return phone calls, faxes, e-mails, correspondence from the seller-client in a timely fashion. I am not available 24/7/365, but I do respond promptly to my client's inquiries.
12) Provide assistance in locating a contractor(s), an appraiser, a lender, a home inspector or other vendor as may be desired or deemed necessary.
